Preparing and Heating

Heating Instructions
Step One
Thaw (if not already defrosted)
Step Two
Pre-Heat oven to 160℃ for 10 mins
Step Three
Remove doughnuts from bag and place on an oven dish with baking paper, make sure that they are not on top of each other.
Step Four
Place doughnuts in oven and heat at 160℃ for 8 minutes, until warm and soft all over
Step Five
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar - Mix 50gms of caster sugar with 1 gm of cinnamon, per 1kg bag. You can eat these straight away or a few hours later.
Cinnamon Mix, Storage and Re - heating
We recommend a sugar mix of 1gm cinnamon, 50gms caster sugar. Lightly sugar doughnuts all over immediately after removing from oven and place onto a plate for serving.
If you are taking them to a function, just heat and sugar them, then place them on an open tray with a piece of paper towel on top
Alternatively, you can heat in the microwave for a few seconds until soft and warm.
Once heated these doughnuts can be eaten the following day, (if there are any left) just re heat them in the oven or in a microwave. You can either re sugar them again or have with ice cream.
* Please don’t store heated doughnuts in an air tight, plastic container as they will sweat and turn soggy.
